Centaflex-KE Optimises Hydrostatic Diesel Drives

At this year's Hillhead exhibition, Centa will display its Centaflex-KE flexible coupling, which is suitable for excavators, vibratory rollers, loaders and other plant. It combines high torsional stiffness and simultaneous radial flexibility to optimise hydrostatic diesel drives in the low or medium power range. At the exhibition, Centa Transmissions will also show a new range of housings and couplings for Kubota engines.

The Centa range can cope with all forms of drive misalignment. The security of sealed housings and reduced maintenance requirements allow the Centa range to resolve noise, vibration and misalignment problems for designers and manufacturers. Also on display will be Centa's Twin Hydraulic Pump Adaptor, which, along with the Centaflex-K and KE, is light and has cost-saving benefits.

Centa also supplies an extensive range of cycloidal, planetary and spiral bevel gear units, individually or in combination, for precision positioning and power-transmission drives in all types of situations. The Centa Belt Box is a shining example of how a company at the forefront of power-transmission technology can go back to basics to solve a specific customer problem. Belt boxes can be used to provide a variety of drive connections and can be adapted to suit specific applications.
