Emission Calculator Shows Potential Energy Savings

Beko Technologies has added an emission calculator to its website that helps businesses gain an idea of the savings in energy and costs that can be achieved by fitting a Bekomat zero air-loss drain. Many people are becoming increasingly aware of the challenges of reducing energy wastage and CO2 emissions. Beko said compressed air is the most expensive carrier of energy. Reducing air leaks is said to be easy to implement and contributes greatly to the success of energy saving measures.

The emission calculator can be found on the tools page of the Beko website. The company also has a condensate calculator, which informs the user of the amount of condensation in ambient air after the compressor or after the refrigeration dryer. There is also a Beko converter, which lets users easily switch between different international standards for temperature, pressure and volume flow.
