Wave Solder Machine For Mid-Volume Applications

Manncorp has introduced system 16.350, a wave solder machine with a footprint of 1,675mm long, to satisfy requests from mid-volume customers. The machine is said to have many of the key features of larger wave-solder machines, such as the company's 28.400, and offers mid-volume customers the dependability and robust construction of the Manncorp's higher-volume model in a small footprint.

System 16.350 is a dual wave, and includes a titanium 350mm (13.75in) wide automatic finger conveyor with built-in finger cleaner. Other features are convection pre-heat instead of uneven IR, an adjustable spray fluxer and touch-screen control. The machine requires less solder (200kg) and comes with a low-solder warning. Processing temperatures can be set to lead-free or tin-lead requirements to 300C.
