Elesa Releases FJT Series of Fork-Style Rod Ends

Elesa's new FJT fork-style rod ends are resistant to continuous washing cycles with solvents and detergents, making them suitable for applications in the food and pharmaceutical industries. Fork-style rod ends are said to be ideal for transmitting linear control or actuation. The new rod ends from Elesa are available in sizes ranging fom M6 to M14 and are manufactured from glass-fibre-reinforced polyamide-based technopolymer.

This ensures low weight and good stiffness, as well as low noise and excellent shock-absorbing characteristics. Typical applications include pneumatic actuator systems, print machines, light mobile equipment, HVAC flap and valve controls and machine-guarding activation. In addition, the rod ends are suitable for general rod systems requiring component support/adjustment, actuation and manipulation and are also useful in compensating for misadjustment.
