Software Automates Internet-Marketing Strategies

Excel Software has introduced Marketbuddy 3.0 to help entrepreneurs automate common Internet marketing activities such as organising and applying usernames, passwords, URLs, text fields and images. The Internet presents thousands of promotional opportunities for any product or service ranging from product directories, news portals, white paper libraries, video sharing, software download sites and social networks. The labour-intensive process of organising and applying thousands of usernames, passwords, URLs, text fields, images and videos can be automated with Marketbuddy.

Marketbuddy can be used to organise contact records, manage email lists, send customised batch email messages or newsletters, distribute press releases, upload Trial software to shareware sites or create business forms. Version 3.0 adds productivity features like the ability to manage large groups of contacts, build and clean email lists and support multiple users and data files with up to 600,000 contact records. Contact records are easily configurable with custom fields, checkboxes and choices combined with form creation, data entry and printing features.

Contact data can be loaded from an email message, collected from an automated web form or imported and exported to any database or spreadsheet. Contacts can be assigned to any number of groups making it easy to perform a specific task with a specific group of contacts. Marketbuddy eliminates most of the effort and typing required to fill web forms when posting press releases, uploading trialware, publishing white papers or updating product information directories.

The simple but powerful Clickfield-enabled web-browser window transfers the appropriate data values into the appropriate entry fields with a few button clicks. Hours of work are reduced to minutes with full editorial control. MarketBuddy is USD195 (GBP121) for the Standard edition or $395 for the Pro edition on Windows (XP, Vista or 7) or Mac OS X (PPC or Intel processors). The company web site has product information, a free trial download and demonstration videos.
